Overview

quikCharts™ our award winning small and powerful statistical analysis system created for the quality system novice. You don't need to be an experienced quality engineer to enjoy the benefits of quikCharts . This application provides simple control charting solutions with only a minimum of effort and/or knowledge. If you are an experienced quality control professional, you will still find quikCharts a helpful tool in solving process problems.

quikCharts was designed to help identify and solve process problems in the simplest way possible. quikCharts uses a numeric color coded system to point problem areas out to you immediately. You do not have to analyze graphs to determine the state of your process. quikCharts identifies the state of your process in a clear, concise, and color coded fashion.

Once you've determined the state of a troubled process, you can begin work to fix it. All process problems have an assignable cause. Once you've identified a potential cause, you implement a solution. If your improvement is successful, your process state will improve. It's that simple.

Features

	Approx. 9000 values (per characteristic) can be saved.
	Characteristics can be edited at any time.
	Data values can be added, removed, or edited at any time.
	Historical control limits can be used.
	Control limits are saved until a recalculation is requested.
	Limits can be recalculated based on a range of data.
	No application software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, etc), is required.
	Data values that exceed flier limits (reasonable limits) can be automatically deleted to prevent skewing data.
	Sub groups of up to 20 are supported.
	Western Electric Zone methods of detecting statistical control utilized
	A software LED indicates the state of statistical control.
	The sensitivity of statistical control can be adjusted (rules 1 and 4, 2 , and 3).
	Color coded process state (ideal, threshold, brink, chaos)
